Evo launches Metropolitian Baltimore-Quadel's website

Today, Evo launches their latest project, the Metropolitian Baltimore-Quadel's website (http://www.mbquadel.com). This website is one of a series of websites that Evo has been developing for housing agencies all over the country, including CHAC (the housing choice voucher website for the Chicago Housing Authority), the HACC (the Housing Authority for County of Cook) , The LCHA (the Lake County Housing Authority) and now the MBQ (th Metropolitian Baltimore-Quadel Housing Authority).

The website offers numerous resources designed to assist MBQ with their applicant and participant programs. In return, these resources will assist landlords and property owners the ability to be certified and to lease their property to approved applicants of the voucher program.

One of the key requirement of this website is the compliance to ADA Section 508. Section 508 and the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) establish U.S. requirements for web accessiblity. Evo has been ensuring that the website is in compliance with the guidelines as much as possible for this website.

Another requirement is a work-flow process for approving or denying properties listed in the property listing section for the voucher program. Evo developed a seamless work-flow to allow property owners to list their property, and allow MBQ to check and approve the property before it is listed for voucher holders.

We would like to thank MBQ for this opportunity to develop their website for them. We are looking forward to working with them on future projects in the near future.

The Metropolitian Baltimore - Quadel (MBQ) is an organization that helps low-income families live successfully in "Opportunity Neighborhoods" that give them access to better schools and employment, with less exposure to crime, and better amenities such as transportation, recreational facilities and shopping—all of which can add up to a big overall opportunity to improve the quality of their lives in the Baltimore region.
