Reuben
Principal
As the owner of Evolution Point, Reuben has been involved in every aspect of the company. His background in supply chain management at Quaker Oats Company and his experience working at Frankel Promotions Agency make him the perfect candidate to assist clients in their strategic integrated marketing needs.

As Principal, Reuben leads the team on a strategic level. He oversees the client business, ensuring that all client initiatives are consistent with the overall brand strategy and satisfy marketing communication objectives. He is responsible for the success of the project. Or as he puts it, “the buck stops here.”
Aside from being a Brand Strategist, Marketing Guru and Technology Wizard, Reuben loves to spend hours in the kitchen cooking or baking his next masterpiece.

Gary
Creative Director
Gary Carbon has been working in advertising and marketing for over 18 years as a designer and Art Director. For last 10 years and has worked in a Creative Director capacity. He has worked in a variety of industries from technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, banking and retail having experience in both B to B and consumer markets, working with clients ranging from fortune 50 to independent start-ups. He brings a strong background of strategic thinking and implementation focused on helping client’s achieve their creative goals to every project.

Gary will be responsible for creative concept and graphic development and can oversee assignments from initial planning through execution and print. He partners with the Messaging SME and Copywriter to ensure consistency throughout the creative process. He is also available as a client resource for creative concerns. He has, at his disposal, the production personnel to provide much of the execution.

Doneé
Director of Client Services
Donee’ is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships. Her stewardship and strategic leadership ensure that Evolution Point’s clients’ business objectives are supported from initial relationship engagement through final product delivery. In addition, her expertise in working with both creative and technology teams allows her to promote efficiency and accountability in the overall design and development process.
Donee’ has over 20 years of brand strategy, advertising and marketing communications experience, working with firms such as DDB Needham, J. Walter Thompson, Leo Burnett, TFA, and Worldwide Xceed Group. This experience includes working with consumer and business-to-business brands in the field of technology, consumer packaged goods, healthcare and entertainment.

At the age of 19, Donee’ earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Ferris State University.  She was a Director on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Chapter of the Business Marketing Association for 5 years, and is an active member of the American Marketing Association.  Her personal interests include traveling, skiing, working out, golf and music.

Joan
Business Development Manager
As the first touch point of Evolution Point, Joan is responsible for introducing our services to the market place. With her gift of gab, Joan welcomes the opportunity to meet new people. Her prior experience in working with major companies including, Briggs & Stratton, Life Fitness and Motorola provide her with the insight and knowledge base to successfully secure new business.

From time-to-time, Joan is also responsible for project management, where she internally manages and  coordinates the flow of projects from beginning to end. She maintains effective communication with the internal team to ensure that jobs move through the agency efficiently.

Joan is an accomplished Grammy nominated musician, where she writes and performs her own music.

Rebbie
Technologist
Prior to accepting her position at Evolution Point as the core web technology developer over 10 years ago, Rebbie worked in Washington State as the ASP developer of a large real estate data application.  She also had previous experience in print and web design, development, and administration with White Point BioMarine, on an NCI-funded marine pharmaceuticals database project.  In addition to her experience in database technology, Rebbie has a Master’s degree in Botany from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Rebbie is responsible for developing technology concepts, database architecture and project planning on all our projects. She also manages our oversea development team in India.

Squee!
Guinea Pig Mascot
Squee! joined us at Evolution Point in 2006. After working at Pet Smart for a few months, wooing customers effectively with his cuteness, we hired him over as our resident mascot. Presently he works contently in our office chewing on carrots and greeting people walking through the door in the office.
