Rebbie Higgins, Technology Director

Rebbie is responsible for developing technology concepts, database architecture and project planning on all our projects.

Prior to being the core web technology developer at Evolution Point, Rebbie worked in Washington State as the ASP developer of a large real estate data application. She also has experience in web design, development and database administration with White Point BioMarine on an NCI-funded marine pharmaceuticals database project.

Rebbie has a Master’s degree in Botany from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
