| Case Study: Sterigenics (Search Engine Optimization)
Sterigenics, Inc. is the world’s largest contract medical device sterilization company. Their website online presence was far below any of their competitor’s. Their search engine ranking was over the 70th listing in Google when a user did a search for “contract sterilization”, (that’s after page 7 on a Google search) The challenge for Evolution Point was to promote Sterigenics website ranking to be better than their competitors. The solution seemed rather obvious at first – To raise the ranking of their URL in Google. On discovery, Sterigenics had a much wider portfolio of services than just sterilization of medical devices. They also provide services to different countries around the world, including the UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, and Thailand. Hence the challenge was not only to raise their ranking, but also to determine their potential client’s search behavior and raise the ranking in all countries that they participate in. This task for some companies would be daunting, but not for Evolution Point, who has a formalized process in place for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
