RD Horner and Associates is driven by a deep affection for the Chicago area and backed by years of experience in real estate development and residential construction. When they developed the Winthrop Club in Evanston, they asked Evo to develop several kiosks for their sales office.
During our engagement, we developed 3 kiosk programs. The first kiosk is a 3 minute program to educate people about the property; the second is a touch-screen kiosk that allows potential buyers to explore the property, amenities, floor plans and its surroundings. The third is a 3 minute program to educate people about the property’s LEED certification.
