Case Study: Order of Friars Minor (OFM)
http://www.brotherfrancis.com

Founded in the 13th century by Francis of Assisi, the Order of Friar Minor is devoted to honoring the duty of the Friars to a cause against poverty, mendicancy and diligent labor as well as service to the sick, impoverished, disenfranchised and in general, those in need.

Today the Order of Friar Minor is facing issues of recruitment.  Worldviews on religion are changing, as are cultural views of time honored religious vocations. The Friars find themselves with an aging population of brothers and a shirking pool of viable candidates to fill their ranks.

Evo’s goal was to create and communicate a compelling message to their targeted audience, young men.  Our  goal was to educate them about the Friars’ history and entice them to learn more. This would create a larger pool of candidates to recruit from.

Evo positioned the organization with a relevant message of lifestyle that resonates with young men – finding fulfillment through devotion and service to those less fortunate. With that clear message, Evo was able to create marketing collateral which inspires this strength of purpose .
