We are by no means a big company. One of the things I really love about Evolution Point is tha we are a small, dedicated, passionate company who loves the things we do. As a result, we do not hire very often.
However, we do take in interns every other year. There are a few reasons for this: one, we try to give back to the community by providing people the opportunity to learn from us; second, we try to learn from them and see how they use the internet. And ultimately, it's a win-win situation for all.
We are presently looking for a programming intern. This is a paid position that may evolve to a full-time position. It is a requirement for this intern to know HTML and ASP / ASP.Net programming and web development. There are several things that we can offer that this intern may be interested in. Of course, it is totally dependant on him/her. We do quite a bit of work on an open source CMS framework called DotNetNuke. We are also going into iPhone and Andriod application development (iphone apps). And obviously, we would need assistance in executing some social media strategies for our clients.
